If you’ve never found yourself disappointed in God, hang on! Sooner or later–days, weeks, months, maybe years–it’s going to be your turn. And if you don’t think it can happen to you than you’ve forgotten that the student is not above his Master.

We can trust Him. He loves us, even when we don’t understand and it seems like God is against us.
I think our biggest issue with trusting in His love and plan is that our focus isn’t the same as God’s. His focus is eternal and ours isn’t. We tend to focus more on ourselves and circumstances than looking at the bigger picture…we need to be Kingdom Minded, “For the joy set before Him…”
